QUESTION

Do I even stand a chance contesting a Revocable Living Trust?

More details to this question:
I am currently being forced out of my home whom I shared with my late mother by other children/beneficiaries. They have insisted on listing said property with a realtor and said that I should buy them out if I wish to remain. This is not possible for I have used most of my monies for her care and that of the property while nothing is in my name. Being a caregiver I have not worked for several years and have depleted my savings and also cannot qualify for a mortgage loan. Original attorney who had written the Trust in 2001 was disbarred. Trustee/ eldest child of seven hasn’t spoken to me or our mother in years and did not contact me until several months after our mothers had passed away and insisted she wanted nothing to do with estate etc. but wanted to be sure she was not legally responsible for anything. I assured her I would handle this and retained an attorney who set necessary papers for her to resign, along with forms to remaining children stating in was our mother’s intention

I would need to see who has standing to challenge the trust. I would need more details. You can send me an e-mail at sgarciavidal@garciavidallaw.com.
