I was the only beneficiary and the executer of my dad's will. After my stepmom and brother filed to protest the will, the judge granted the will and as my dad asked to make me the executer. My dad has a commission account paying out for the next several years and the wife wants it. My dad had several thousands of dollars in property. All of it has disappeared. Keep in mind that my brother signed statements that this property was with them until about a week before the court made its ruling. I don't know what to do now. I'm in another state. We have already spent thousands on lawyers and my dad’s income from his commission account is only between $1200.00 and $2000.00 per month. The lawyer who won the will case referred me to another estate lawyer but I don't want to spend the money if I can do this myself.
