Do I have to get another attorney and go to another state to complete this if I made every attempt to comply with the judge but my attorney messed up?

I had to probate an amount from my brother's estate. Somehow he forgot to sign my name to the documents. I am the only survivor of the entire family. Father died over 30 years ago, mother and sister died 20 years ago. My brother died 1 year ago. He has no children/no heirs except for me. The judge wants proof of heirship for my mother and sister. She asked for a live witness to come to her court. The probate court judge is in another state. I arranged with my attorney there and incredible witness. The witness was the former judge. She was a family friend and she knew my sister until she died. My attorney flaked and did not call the witness as per my request. His father was also a family friend and my attorney attempted to be the witness. It goes on from there. I have the Letters of Testamentary and all the taxes have been filed and the funds transferred.
