Do I recieve anything from my sons estate

More details to this question:
Son past no benefisel has a son 12 yrs old was never married paid child support. Has a house and bank account. Sons mother wants to take over the house and wants the money I have a lawyer now and getting upset with the answers can you help?????

As your lawyer can advise you, if your son left no Will, his son, your grandson, is his heir, not you.
