Asked on Dec 07th, 2012 on Estate Planning - Maryland
More details to this question:
When my ex-husband and I were married, he made a will. We divorce many years later and he remarried. He suddenly died and the new wife says he had no other will. He died in Maryland. I know I am no longer married to him but I want to make sure our kids are not forgotten during the probate or distribution of his assets.
