Does cosigner get house if borrower dies before paying mortgae off?

More details to this question:
Mom bought trailer and used paid for land as collateral but also needed cosigner. Is the home and land part of the estate or does it go to the cosigner? What about the personal contents of the home?

Being a cosigned is not the same as being a co-owner. You have to look at how the trailer was titled to determine if it goes into her estate.
