This is in 2 parts. 1. my mom in passed away. my hubby and sis. in law were left land and condo to split evenly. seeing how we moved out of state she was in charge of selling both. My hubby NEVER signed anything over to her nor was payed for land and condo, and she refuses to buy us out. what do we do? we have paper work proving we were not payed. 2. she claims we still owe her for funeral cost. she was payed back double from esate, so she got way more back then anything. do we stilll owe her? when the paper work we have states she was fully reinbursed?

There should be an estate attorney. if there is not, you are all in trouble, and you should hire one.
