My Grandpa made me executer over my uncle if my mom was to die. My mom died now my grandpa had died so my uncle is very mad. He is trying everyting to get that right over me he also feels my mom's passing should give him everything but the trust is written my brother and I get half of the house and money in the bank. He is being relly unruly what should I do.

You need to hire a lawyer for the estate so it is handled properly.
