Executor of will not doing there job ¿ Audit? What can I do?

Both my parents passed away in the last couple of years. I was initially executor but after my father passed, my mother made my brother executor. My brother hasn't worked in over 10 years and living in her house. Nothing is being done and he's stalling ¿ living in her house and letting the house go to disgusting shambles, living with pit bulls. He has access to her money apparently and I'm afraid he's squandering it away. (Not that there is really much money anyway, I just want to move forward). What can I do? The Lawyer suggested an audit. Keep in mind, her estate in in NEVADA and I am in California.
