More details to this question:
Hi, My mother passed away in Feb and I am exectutrix. I might have to put it in probate if my mother wins her settlement case she had before she died. Everything was left to me her daughter. I am about to get married so my name will change, so it will be different than whats on her will. Will any problems arise when and if it goes to probate in order for me to collect the settlement?
