My older and younger sisters and myself inherited my grandfather's house and realestate equally three ways. My older sister is the Trustee with distribution at her discretion. We do not talk, she hates me.

If your sister does not list the house for sale within a few months, you may need to hire a lawyer to file s partition action, which will force sale of the house.
