how can i file the lien against homeowner?

More details to this question:
i was doing remodel her home she didnt pay back she put it on for sale now pending so i contact her thru text and emails over 100 times shse didnt repsonse back she left for texas without pay me even say word goodbye she gone and never answer me i have enough and go ahead to file the lien against her till she pay back full she owed me 27,000 dollars so please help me how to do

There are specific time limits in which to file a 'mechanic's lien'. You should speak to counsel IMMEDIATELY, especially where you have spent so much time via email trying to get paid. Alternatively, if the time has expired to file a lien, you still have the option to bring a lawsuit, where upon being granted judgment, the judgment will also act as a form of 'lien' on the debtor's property.
