How can I find the right Estate Lawyer?

More details to this question:
My father past away last year and he did not have a will or a trust. He owned this house that me and my brother stay's in right now so we need an estate lawyer to help us learn how we can take over this house. I was put in charge of finding a lawyer and I need to pick the right one cause there are so many thing wrong with this situation. Please help me.

Only you can deterrmine who is the right lawyer for you. Please talk with probate lawyers who practie in the local surrogate's court.
