More details to this question:
I need to know how to get my inheritance. I got an email from this guy who said that I got inheritance so I contacted him and it has been a big pain after several emails he told me I need to send $180 to get my ATM card from the bank in the UK and that was all I need. So I do that, then the bank says I need to pay 95 dollars because I need a documents so I did then I asked him when will my ATM card come. Then I got another email saying the card was stopped by home land security and I need to pay $370 from them to release the card. At that time I got an email from the FBI telling me it was stopped because things was not adding up right so they screen my emails and said the people who I was dealing with was scam. All the inheritance is real and should contact the real development of financial so I did. Now they are telling me that I need to pay a fee of $299 so they can release my ATM card, that the money I sent wasn't for the documents, that I needed to contact a lawyer and so I did and he said I need to pay $525 for the paper work. See they are all running around and I still don't have my inheritance that home land security has my inheritance. Now there is about 4 people that I am in contact about my inheritance. I don't know what is going on. I need help on getting my inheritance.

I believe this is a scam. You should never have to pay to get a legitimate inheritance,, unless it is for court filing fees and legitimate attorney's fees. Do you know the person who supposedly left you the inheritance? Do you know why they would do so if you do no know them?
