QUESTION

How can I get off the deed as a home owner?

Asked on Aug 09th, 2015 on Estate Planning - Pennsylvania
More details to this question:
My sister and I were co-executors of my father's estate when he died in 2010. His house is in both our names but we live in another state. The house is in Pennsylvania and my two brothers live there. The mortgage is paid off and my brothers pay the bills. It has become such a hassle and I want out! How can I get off the deed as an owner?
