WAS ASSINGED A FIDUCIARY AN THE LAWYER ASSIGNED IS TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF THE CLIENT GAIED GUARDIANSHIP AND HAS BEEN LESS THAN ETHICAL TRYIG TO SEPARATE CLIENT FROM FAMILY AND TAKING MONEY FROM THE CLIENT WITHOUT PERMISSION, HOW CAN WE HAVE THE M REMOVED?
