How can I seek a reimbursement in HOA and revoke second timeshare?

I paid off a timeshare 2 years ago. I never received a certified satisfaction of mortgage. I called the company 2 weeks ago and informed that they never requested a satisfaction of mortgage after it was paid off. Because of this I have been unable to transfer title. I am seeking reimbursement in homeowner’s fees and to revoke second timeshare that is currently being financed.

What state is the property in? I would file a complaint with the state attorney general. They should investigate it for you.
