QUESTION

How can I seek a reimbursement in HOA and revoke second timeshare?

Asked on Jul 26th, 2013 on Estate Planning - Missouri
More details to this question:
I paid off a timeshare 2 years ago. I never received a certified satisfaction of mortgage. I called the company 2 weeks ago and informed that they never requested a satisfaction of mortgage after it was paid off. Because of this I have been unable to transfer title. I am seeking reimbursement in homeownerโ€™s fees and to revoke second timeshare that is currently being financed.

An answer to your question will not be forthcoming on a website such as this. You need to actually have the documents reviewed by an attorney so that they can advise you based upon the contracts you signed.

What state is the property in? I would file a complaint with the state attorney general. They should investigate it for you.
