My mother filed guardianship over me then she gave it up and I was back and forth with living with different people and then my father was granted guardianship of me and I refused to live with him and then the judge told me that my father having guardianship over me was only to be temporary but, come to find out it’s permanent and I’m trying to reverse it and/or terminate it for good.
It is not clear whether you are a minor or an adult. If you are a minor, you probably need the help of a family law attorney. If you are an adult, in many states you can write to the court directly stating that you no longer need a guardian and asking to have the guardian removed.
