How can me and my uncle sort out the Guardianship process?

More details to this question:
I'm a US citizen living in Egypt but i want to come back to the US to enhance my future. My uncle lives in Illinois and i will be living with him if i come back but he'll need to be my legal guardian. We still don't know how to get started as i'll be arriving in mid July this year going into grade 12 of high school. We need to know all requirements to get started in the Legal Guardianship process. Your uncle should talk to a local guardianship attorney.
