How can we make the will valid after divorce?

More details to this question:
We're divorced. The judge says will is no longer valid. We want it to remain the same. Can codicil make it valid, or do we need another will?

You could do a codicil, but better two new separate wills expressing your present wishes as I must assume that the marital estate has been divided.
