QUESTION

How do I complete a NV asset protection trust?

Asked on Oct 18th, 2013 on Trusts and Estates - Nevada
More details to this question:
I am forming a NV asset protection trust for money I recently inherited. I already have the trust form, but I don't know what to do with it. Do I just get it notarized? Does it need to be recorded? Or can I just take it to the bank and open up an account?

If you have enough money to create an asset protection trust I highly recommend you spend the money and retain an attorney to set it up for you.  These trusts, if done improperly, will do no good in protecting your funds.
