QUESTION

How do I file objections to the Executor's Full Accounting?

Asked on May 17th, 2017 on Estate Litigation - New York
More details to this question:
We had to petition the court to compel the Executor to account. She was supposed to disburse equally to all beneficiaries but she did not. On her informal accounting she never listed the value of the property disbursed, she was hiding assets, etc. We have lists of who got what and now in her Full Accounting she is stating that items that originally went to her went to others.

When the court issues a citation to approve the accounting, you file objections, which are a pleading filed with the court in a certain form.
