How do I keep property and continue paying loan for car.

My boyfriend and I have been together 10 years. He took out a car loan for my jeep ive made all payments. He dying and i need to ensure i keep and cont. Making payments what do we need to do

Ask him to sign a DMV transfer of title form and check with the lender to make sure that you qualify to formally take over the loan.
