How do we contest a conservertorship?

More details to this question:
My mother in law has conservertorship over my father in law that has Alzheimer’s and she is no longer able to make decisions for him. What is the best direction to take?

You have to go to court to ask the judgte to remove your mother-in-law and appoint someone else.
