QUESTION

How do we get them terminated as personal representatives?

More details to this question:
My sister and I are the beneficiaries. Our aunts are the co-PRs in the estate of our mother who passed away on 3/2/2015.We have respected their wishes so far in this process. Recently, while reading the will, we understand that our mother wanted all her personal property to be divided in equal shares between the two of us. Our aunts changed their minds more than once about what we can and cannot have. They recently had the locks changed and will not allow us to get anything else out of our mothers house, which we were living with my mother at the time she passed away. To be spiteful, hateful or whatever other reasons, they are liquidating everything inside the house even though we want it. We want take over as successor co PRs or just get our kids, moms and our own belongings into our possession since they have abused their rights, duties and responsibilities as PRs. They wanted to withdraw from these positions a while ago. We agreed but would not sign the court documents until they put in an estimated amount of compensation they each wished for their work done so far and if needed in the future. PLEASE HELP US. WE WANT AND NEED ALL OF OUR RIGHTFUL STUFF. Also, are there any criminal charges we can file against them so far?

You should immediately consult with an attorney specializing in estate matters and contested estates. That attorney can assist you in filing a petition with the court to remove the bad acting PR's.
