My mother passed recently, Sept, and left her house to me - When she did her trust in 2008 she put all her household goods in the trust. The trust is split 50/50 to me and my brother. In Nov, the house was put into my name- I went and boxed up all of my mothers belongings, alone and have been asking my brother to come and get what he wants- he can have it all if he wants but, since he's pissed she left me the house he has been refusing to come- he says he can't even walk into the house without being sad.. 1- How long do I have to give him to come and get the stuff, 2-The trust is a standard trust in Florida which allows for the bills to be paid out of the trust checking account- I have now started paying the HOA and water and electric out of the trust checking account since he wont come and get his 50% of the trust and is holding me up taking possession- can I do this? I am legally allowed to charge the trust for time spent boxing the house up correct? How do I get him to remove stuff?
