how long does living trust settlement take

More details to this question:
my sibling and i don't get along, mother passed in dec 2015, as of today i have not received anything from her trust. how long can it take to settle estate. the house was sold 2years prior to her death. no big estate for her. his atty sent letter stating it could be 2, 3 months or longer

It depends on what needs to be done in the trust.  Trust administration usually doesn't take less than 6 months, and can take years.  As a beneficiary, you're the last to be paid after costs of administration of the trust and creditors of the estate.
