Wills are usually perpetual unless changed or invalidated through amendments (codicils) or by operation of law (statutes and court actions).

A Will in Indiana does not expire. A divorce does however, by operation of law, nullify the ex-spouse's interest in the will. It is advised that a will be updated or replaced after divorce to make sure that your intent is known, rather than a court trying to piece intent together after your situation has changed.
