I am planning to form S corp in Software Consulting business. I do not have any Prenuptial agreements with my spouse. I have been married 13 years and have 2 girls 7 yrs and 2 yrs.Our marriage is working great and Divorce is out of questions. Question: Is there a way to divorce proof this company by means of Setting up S corp under Trust in California?

One thing that you could do would be to have a post-nup prepared by an attorney which would need to be signed and notarized by your spouse. These are often challenged in court during divorce proceedings.
