More details to this question:
I was left 1/14th of a house by my grandfather. I am not the beneficiary or majority owner. That person is my aunt. She has not paid the taxes on the house and now I and the other people this house was left to are getting threatening letters that we will have to go to court and legal action will be against us. I didn't even know about this house until two years after my grandfather passed away, am I responsible for this house? I am scared because I don't have the money to go to court, I don't want this house, I'm only entitled to 1/14th of it. Please help!

Typically, the government will sue "in rem" which means that they will only go after your interest in the house, and not after you personally. You can also sue to force the sale of the house and get your 1/4 value out of it.
