my home caught on fire .i had full insurance on my home under my name only .my insurance paid out a check under the trust name along with my name . and the trust stood with half of the money that i owe him for my estate when it was suppose to be for the repairing of my home iam now short on repair money to pay my contractor. does the trust has rights to do what he did?
