I just received paperwork to remove me off Daughter lawyer who father made Myseft and his Daughter Socceser And Co trustee over his Trust he passed

I received court paperwork from his Daughter Lawyer to remove myseft and her or named as Co-trustee me and his Daughter Socceser And Co trustee over his Trust he has passed away in December of 2016 and they want me to be removed as Co trustee and name her only this was her father's wishes to be in his Trust and I was his girlfriend for 10 years and the Daughter has not forfilled all his wishes in his trust and Will. . Now she want me to be Removed as a Co trustee and her to be Apportioned Solely as Trustee. I do not want to be Removed off his Trust this was his Wishes for me to be a Co-trustee on his Trust What can or do I Do?

You need to file a written objection to being removed as trustee. You say the daughter has not fulfilled all the wishes in the trust. But you are co-trustee. You and the daughter were equally responsible for carrying out the terms of the trust. This death was almost 1.5 years ago. If the daughter had effective control of the assets and has not distributed them properly, you could not only objection to her petition to remove you, but include in your objection a request that she be removed. You will need a lawyer for this.
