QUESTION

I was left exector of estate

More details to this question:
I was left as a second exector of an estate, the first exector of estate withdrew 150,000.00 from estate & blew it. Who can I hold liable the attorney, the first exector? is there a board the attorney has to answer too for fraud?

You should try to have the executor removed and take over the estate.  If the executor was requird to obtain a bond, you can sue the bonding company.  You can also reconcile the money spent out of the distribtuion that would have gone to the executor.
