My dad passed away in late 2014 and in his will he left me and my sister 85k each and listed us as his beneficiaries. I'm planning on moving out due to personal issues and my mom refuses to give me the full amount i was entitled to. April 2017, almost a year after turning 18 I went to the Los Angeles superior court to retrieve those funds before a judge. The full amount was transferred to my bank account (joint checking opeened in mom's name) for a short period of time but she proceeded to withdraw it to her bank account. As of now Im not sure if she is telling the truth because she allegedly used that amount to pay for my utilities and for the house even though she bought the house we currently reside in 2016. Im at a lost for words and dont know where to proceed.
