QUESTION

If a house is not specifically mentioned in the will, who gets it?

More details to this question:
My aunt died leaving a will. The will specifies where everything goes, except for her home. It is not specifically listed. It says "all the rest.... of my Estate, real, personal or mixed I give to my sisters." Does this mean the house?

Yes. Real property means the house.
