More details to this question:
My aunt passef in 2008. I was going thru a lot of problems. I know she made a trust left to me. The attorney closed his business. After our first visit he wss never there. I was looking thru papers. In her will names are misspelled and he has never sent me any thing to know where he went or what to do. He also has the same last name as my aunt. I saw on a site he was claiming to be a relative. If that was true shouldnt he disclose that. There are alot of things not making sence. He had me sell her home right away. I dont know what she had because she was very ill..i do know my uncle had a pension she was getting. What would happen to it?

Contact the local probate court to see whether the Will was filed.  If not, you can hire an attorney to file it and apply for the estate to be administered.  If the trust was created by the Will, it should be administered according to the Will.  If the trust was independent of the Will and named you as beneficiary, under most states' rules you will at some point receive an accounting from the trustee. A pension might pay to a spouse but will not pay to children, let alone nephews and nieces.

This is general information. It cannot substitute for a personal consultation with an attorney. It is not intended to be legal advice or imply an attorney-client relationship.
