My husbands foster brother had no notice or say so about his life. He has a disease called Huntington's he is 100% in his right mind. He hired a company to take care of his finance's he has a step father he choose as his P.O.A that he thought he could trust without being informed that the step father no longer wanted the responsibility. He filed for a court proceeding to have guardianship taken over by the company he hired to take care of his finance's. He knew nothing about anything that was going on and now has had all of his life stripped away from him. Would it be inappropriate to write the judge to inform him of the situation?
