My guardian is currently denying me any and all er visits, urgent care treatment, counseling, DBT therapy, peer support, etc. I just need to know if it's legal or not and hopefully get some legal advice
It is not legal for anyone to deny emergency healthcare treatment. Write to the court which awarded the guardianship and ask to have the guardian removed.
