Is it possible to terminate adult guardianship

More details to this question:
My fiancé is turning 21 next week she has a legal guardian the legal guardian does not help her put her down will not let her get a job get her own place pay her own bills she was wrong fully found mentally incompetent when she was 18 we would like to have that reversed and have all of her rights restored

She can write to the court asking to have her rights restored.
