QUESTION

Is my living trust valid

Asked on Jan 23rd, 2016 on Estate Planning - California
More details to this question:
I had a trust made in 2011 for my daughter, but was not notarized until 2015. The atty. gave me the trust without being notarized. I did not know. I trusted the atty. Now her sister took her ailing father to an attorney to sign over the property to her which he did. Now the property is in her name. Can the trust be used to challenge her actions.

I'm sorry, but your facts are complex enough that you will have to take your documents to an attorney and review your situation.  Contact an attorney for a full consultation.
