Is my text saying that I would transfer the property a binding contract?

More details to this question:
I bought and paid for the property entirely on my own and when purchased, I had her as half owner. I told my girlfriend that I would sign over a piece of property that is jointly owned. I have changed my mind since. A couple clicks of a finger on a phone under duress.
