Is the new deed enough proof of distribution?

More details to this question:
I w as never given a copy of my parents' trust by my brother but he did change the grant deed to the house with our names on it. Do I need to ask him for a copy of the trust or is the deed enough documentation?

If you are a beneficiary of the trust, then you are entitled to a copy of it and an accounting of the assets that it holds. Ask the trustee.
