Is there a standard rate to do simple guardianship paperwork

Ive been taking care of my dad for 6 years and the county has consrvatorship they come by for about 2 minutes once a month or every other month to see how hes doing .i take care of him 100 % they take his pension and make his mortgage payment and misc .bills pge ,and homeowners ins. I just never filled out the paperwork and the court appointed the county ,i didnt know the process.

You do not write whether you want to be paid for caregiving or whether you want to replace the county as guardian/conservator. These are two separate questions and must be addressed by separate legal documents.
