is there a standardized form to relinquish trusteeship in Calif?

More details to this question:
we are presently 3 trustees on a trust that will soon pay all beneficiaries. One of us would like to end their trusteeship at this time. Is there an online form for this?

There isn't a form for this. The trustee would just write a letter explaining that he/she is resigning his/her position as trustee.
