Is there a way I can see an updated will if he recorded one?

My mother died 4 years ago. Her husband is not doing well and we are trying to get things in order. I cannot find an updated will for him.

In Oregon, we don't record Wills any more. Your mother's husband's will is completely private unless he chooses to share it with you. If you are close to him, and are assisting him with his estate planning, then he can tell you where the original of his will is, and you can go over it with him. Note that photocopies are not good you will need the original to submit to probate.
