Two executors were in charge of my grandfather's estate he died in 2004 and I was a minor at the time when he passed. There are 4 other beneficiaries. The executor that was being sued by the other executor died in 2015. She was being accused of stealing the valuables estimated at over $200,000 in total. The case never got resolved. The living executor supposedly left the valuables with the now deceased executor and didn't check on the items for months, maybe a few years even not sure. Can I sue the living executor for negligence of the estate? If so, what is the amount in damages I should seek?
