good morning counselor my question is this my step grandmother told me a few months back that myself as well as some members of my family are part of her and my grandfather's living trust she passed away August 1st 2014 in the state of Oregon nobody has received a copy of the living trust nor do we know who the executor is we have come to find out that her sister has put her home up for sale and sold her car hence beginning to liquidate assets I have emailed her sister to send us copies of the living trust and to no avail we have receive nothing by law assuming that we are beneficiaries of a living trust shouldn't we be notified of any estate transactions and provided copies of the living trust and who the executor is ?? any information would be greatly appreciated Sincerely John d. I am assuming that your grandfather has passed away as well? Did they both reside in Oregon together? Did they own any real property? If so, was any of it in California?Thanks,Jon
