More details to this question:
I am the petitioner for above action. My attorney said a settlement agreement was reached amongst the beneficiaries, but I have not seen it or signed any agreement. Today was scheduled for the trial. I assume she went to explain an agreement was reached. She will not answer phone calls. I don't know if judge could or did approve any agreement. Was this a ploy to get a continuance? I am at a loss
