Looking for help to fight a power of attorney who manipulated the person with dementia

My wife's grand mother, her dads mother had an injury and was showing signs of dementia a few years back. In that time, her low life daughter who truly has lived off the others and tricked the system all her life moved in and tricked her to switch all her control to her. Then moved her out of the state then tried to hide her from the family. They are stealing her money and now that she is in an assisted living home, and doing better they just came in a removed her to try to hide her again from us. We only were given the info of where she went because we are on the hilarious form at the previous assisted living home. If they move her again we will not know where she has gone and will most likely lose her forever. My wife is heartbroken to lose her grandmother and I am furious that these low life's are sucking all her money out of her and am afraid will leave her with nothing. The biggest problem is, we live in Pa and she lives in Florida now.
