mother died without will..sibling rivalry

More details to this question:
My parent died leaving 5 adult children..I am youngest & have been left out of everything as far as proper representation for parent property..the older adults were changing hands with property without notifying others meaning myself...is there something I can do..it has only been a few weeks..but I see something fishy going on

File a Petition for Probate and that will eventually stop all the activity over your mother's property. Then you can try and ask the court for an order requiring everyone who misappropriated property to return it to the estate.
